This resource is available to subscribed lenders participating in the State Housing Initiative Partnership (SHIP) affordable mortgage product. Subscribed lenders may login to obtain information regarding the monthly SHIP Fund Allocation assist them in providing qualified borrowers with a source of down payment and closing cost assistance.
