Mortgage Lending
In addition to financial guidance and education, the Housing Partnership also offers mortgage loans, giving qualified buyers a single, supportive source for everything they need to become homeowners.Through our affiliated mortgage and lending company, the Housing Partnership Mortgage Alliance, we fully process the loan application, underwrite the mortgage, and deliver the loan to the participating lender for final approval and closing.
We also offer a source of down payment and/or closing cost funds through the local State Housing Initiative Partnership (SHIP) program.
