Resident Services
Resident services are an important part of the Housing Partnership's commitment to improving the quality of housing options available to low- to moderate-income families in Northeast Florida.
Services are offered at Kings Ridge, where residents have access to after-school tutoring, spring and summer camps, a computer lab with Internet access, employment referral services, financial literacy training, wealth-building programs, community leadership training and increased neighborhood security. At Malibu Gardens, the Housing Partnership renovated a community room, adding computers and Internet access.
My wife and I have been residents here for more than five years. Thanks for all the concerns and looking out for the well-being of each resident. I would like to think that we do not just live in an apartment complex, but we are building a community.
